Common faults


1) abnormal imbibition of metering pump

Rotate to the 100% position of stroke length. This allows the entire unit to rotate to the back of the backplane drain hole and the bottom of the pump alignment. Adjust the hydraulic end and diaphragm to the proper position during the operation of the pump.

The pulse duration may not be long enough for the reaction time. And then proceed again in accordance with the above description.


4) how to prevent the metering pump stroke positioning motor burnout?
