The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is driven by the hydraulic oil evenly to drive the diaphragm, which overcomes the shortcoming of the excessive concentration of the diaphragm under the direct driving mode of the machine, and improves the upper limit of the diaphragm life and the working pressure. The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump has safety valve, bleeder valve and replenishing valve. The three valves are indispensable, and the take-off pressure of the safety valve is slightly higher than that of the pipeline system.

In the world, the diaphragm metering pump has been gradually invading other metering pumps market since its birth. For example, the diaphragm metering pump in spray painting and ceramic industry has occupied an absolute dominant position, and in some other industries, it is expanding its market share like environmental protection, wastewater treatment, construction, sewage and fine chemical industry, and has the irreplaceable position of other metering pumps.

1.remove the 4 screws of the fixed pump head. The screw position is on the back of the metering pump.

2. after loosening the pump head, adjust the stroke length to 0% position before removing the pump head. It can ensure that the electromagnetic shaft has enough pressure to keep its connection stable, so that the diaphragm can be screwed.

3. pull out the hydraulic end to disconnect the screw from the socket. Grab the liquid end and rotate counterclockwise. A little resistance can spin off the diaphragm.

4. once the diaphragm is removed, check the safety diaphragm of the metering pump to ensure that it is intact and without any damage. Install new diaphragm, rotate the back plate and diaphragm clockwise until tight. The backplane is adjusted, so that the drain hole is located at the bottom end of the pump.

5. install the pump head after the diaphragm is installed and the backleak drain hole is placed vertically. Make sure that the suction valve is aligned with the drain hole, and the screw at the hydraulic end is aligned with the corresponding 4 holes.

6. rotate to the 100% position of the stroke length. This allows the whole parts to be rotated to the backplane, and the drain hole is aligned with the bottom part of the pump. Adjust the hydraulic end and diaphragm to the right position during the operation of the pump.

7. when the hydraulic end is adjusted to the backplane position, the 4 bolts are tightened diagonally until the right end. When doing this work, we should force evenly and ensure foolproof.
