To monitor the quality of water and steam, it is necessary to obtain representative gas and water samples from various parts of the boiler and thermal system. This is the prerequisite for the correct supervision of water vapor. Today, the Xiaobian machine of pharmaceutical metering pump manufacturer introduces the problems needing attention to the water vapor sampling device.

In order to obtain representative water samples, the following must be done:

(1) reasonable selection of sampling points; (2) proper design, installation and use of sampling devices; (3) proper preservation of samples to prevent contamination of steam and water samples.

1. Sampling point

(1) condensate: the sampling points of condensate are generally located on condensate pipes at the outlet of condensate pumps.

(2) water supply: sampling at the inlet and outlet of the deaerator and the entrance of the economizer according to the testing items.

(3) boiler water: the sampling point of drum boiler is located on the continuous drain pipe of the drum, and the sampling point of the DC furnace is located at the outlet of the water wall. The water supply of the drum boiler with oxygen treatment should be set up in the down pipe of the boiler water.

(4) saturated steam: in order to obtain representative protection steam samples, the moisture of saturated steam should be evenly distributed in the tube, and the flow velocity of the sampling inlet should be the same as the flow velocity in the pipe.

(5) superheated steam: superheated steam is a single medium without water, and the sampling point is on the superheated steam pipe.

2. method of artificial sampling

There are attachments deposited in the sampling system, which should be regularly washed, especially after the new installations or overhauls. The steam and water temperature in the boiler and the thermal system are high, and the steam and water samples are generally cooled by the closed cooling water system of the high temperature and high pressure frame (the sample water temperature is below 40 degrees C), and the artificial sampling is carried out on the low temperature dashboard artificial sampling place.

3. Sampling bottle

The sample is used for corrosion resistant wear bottle or polyethylene bottle. To use a polyethylene bottle and the newly purchased glass bottle, 5% hydrochloric acid should be used first. It is treated with 1% sodium hydroxide for 3~4 hours and then soaked in water for 24 hours.
