If there is no oil or insufficient oil in the oil tank, the following method is adopted:

A). The metering pump stroke to 40~50%, open the safety valve of oil tank cover, fill oil into the oil chamber diaphragm valve stem oil gently pressure, and the dynamic coupling disc diaphragm agitation, exhaust gas diaphragm cavity, until the bubbles are no longer up to take.

B). When driving, the safety valve adjusting screw loose gradually to jump so far. With the movement of the gas discharge pump oil cavity discharge, should take off several times. When the pressure generated in the pump reaches the working pressure, the oil chamber oil should not overflow safety valve; when the pressure within the pump 1.1~1.3 times the time to reach the working pressure (of which the value of the discharge pressure should be less than 1MPa), the safety valve should be opened, so that the pump pressure will not rise. At this time, the lock valve lock nut of the adjusting bolt on the safety valve adjustment is completed.

C) when the safety valve takes off and exhaust, the plunger metering pump makes short time oil supplement in the piston suction movement. When the oil quantity is too much, it will produce vibration and impact sound, and in the plunger schedule, the light oil compensating valve stem discharges excess oil until the pump runs smoothly

D) the opening pressure of the automatic oil feeding valve is 0.8 atmospheric pressure. The finger is put on the oil filling valve stem, and the vibration of the valve can be felt obviously with the movement of the plunger, which indicates that the spring pressure of the oil feeding valve is right

Bleeding and safety valve adjustment of 2. position limiting oil supply valve:

The limit valve and the one-way oil supply valve are basically adjusted when the factory is ready, and the user should not tamper with it

(a) when the gas is released, the safety valve at the upper part of the liquid cylinder is removed as a whole, and oil is injected from the connecting hole to the oil cavity. At the same time, the disc coupling is used to make the diaphragm agitate and discharge the gas in the membrane cavity until the bubble is no longer bubbled up, and the oil is filled up and loaded with a safety valve

B). When driving, safety valve adjusting screw will gradually loosen until take-off, with discharge movement pump, gas oil cavity discharge, should take off several times. When the pump pressure reaches the working pressure, the oil chamber of the oil is no longer from a safety valve to adjust the overflow in a large amount, basic, can lock valve lock nut.
