2GC, 2LB type double screw pump according to the screw and the pump body material is divided into four types:
Type 2GC1,2LB1: main, passive screw for integral steel screw, general conveying lubricating oil, diesel oil, residual oil and so on.
Type 2GC2,2LB2: main, passive screw steel core copper screw combination type, mainly used for delivery of gasoline, kerosene, naphtha and other volatile oils.
Type 2GC3,2LB3: main, passive screw steel core stainless steel screw combination type, used for transporting aviation kerosene and other general corrosive medium.
Type 2GC4,2LB4: main, passive screw steel core stainless steel screw combined, the casting parts are cast stainless steel or stainless steel plate welding type, mainly used to transport corrosive medium and liquid food.

Working principle: safety valve safety valve installed on the side of the pump body, the opening pressure (i.e. pressure off) 1.05-1.1 times the rated working pressure of the pump, when the pump working pressure exceeds this value, the safety valve will automatically rise to the high pressure chamber and the pump inlet communicated with each other, forming internal generation circuit circulating pump, the pressure will not rise, will not have to overload the pump. When the pressure is lower than the output line off the pressure, the safety valve will be reset, the pump will continue to work normally.
