The pump is not well installed or the pump is installed too high; the motor ball bearing is damaged; the main shaft of the pump is bent or is not concentric on the motor main shaft and is not parallel.

The way of treatment is to stabilize the pump or reduce the installation height of the pump, replace the motor ball bearing, correct the main shaft of the bent pump, or adjust the relative position between the pump and the motor.
