2, when replacing the diaphragm, the head of the disassembly pump should be hoisted in advance to prevent falling damage.

3, when adjusting or dismounting, the position of stroke length must be calibrated (the stroke length is 5mm). The scale dial is removed, and the scale ring is slid into the calibration position. The stroke length should be exactly the same as the scale.

4, when the piston is dismantled, the packing ring should be removed from the slot with a special pointed tool, and the ring groove should not be damaged.

5, the worm and worm wheel should be checked, its teeth should be intact, there should be no cracks or broken teeth, and the contact situation should be checked when the gear is installed.
