The cause and treatment of insufficient or inadequate pump quantity

If the pump is not on the amount or the amount is insufficient, must first check whether a one-way valve plug or the outer diaphragm failure. Check whether to remove the pump head one-way valve, start the motor and adjust the plunger stroke, observe the movement of the diaphragm amplitude has no change, if the size of the diaphragm with the plunger stroke and change range of motion, then that film intact. Then the water injection valve, if the water cannot flow from the entrance, or not from the outlet, the one-way valve is blocked, need to clean up; if water from the outlet into the entrance, outflow, then check valve anti loaded, need to be adjusted. The one-way valve jams are quite common, because NSI the batching process, too many impurities. The solution is, the pump entrance pipe from the tank bottom to draw ingredients extracted from the tank wall, the pipeline height increased, the precipitation of impurities in the bottom of the tank, and then discharged regularly.

Damage of one way valve for feeding tank feed

When the metering pump is working normally, the hydraulic cavity is filled with hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil is insufficient, the hydraulic oil in the oil tank will supplement its shortage. If the valve is damaged, it will cause the diaphragm to stop motion or the operation range is not enough, which will cause the pump not up or up.

There are three reasons for the failure of the one-way valve in the oil slot.
