(1) hydraulic pump connection precautions

The hydraulic pump can be installed with support or flange, the pump and the original motive should adopt the common base support, the flange and the foundation should have enough rigidity. Special attention: the flow rate is greater than (or equal to) the plunger pump of 160L/min, which should not be installed on the tank.

(2) hydraulic pump and prime mover should adopt flexible coupling connection between the output shaft, it is strictly prohibited on the pump shaft installed pulley or gear driving hydraulic pump, if must use belt wheel or a gear connected to the pump, should add a pair of bearings to install the pulley or gear, the bearing and the pump shaft alignment error should be no greater than 0.05 mm Φ.

The suction pipe should be as short as possible, straight, large and thick, and the suction pipe is generally required to set a coarse filter that is not less than 2 times the pump flow (the filter accuracy is generally 80 ~ 180 mu m). The oil drain of the hydraulic pump should be directly connected to the tank, and the back pressure should not be greater than 0.05 MPa. The oil suction pipe and return tubing of the oil pump shall be below 200mm in the lowest oil level of the tank. Pay special attention to the path of the plunger pump suction pipe is not allowed to install oil filter, suction tubing on the cut-off valve size should be larger than oil suction pipe sizing block, suction tubing length L < 2500 mm, the pipe elbow of not more than two.

The hydraulic pump enters and the outlet should be installed firmly, the sealing device should be reliable, otherwise it will produce the phenomenon of inhalation air or oil, affecting the performance of the hydraulic pump.

5) hydraulic pump self-priming height less than 500 mm (or import vacuum degree is not more than 0.03 MPa), if the replacement oil pump oil, oil supply pressure must not exceed 0.5 MPa, when oil supply pressure is greater than 0.5 MPa, to convert pressure sealing ring. For plunger pump, it is necessary to adopt the self-priming method.

Before the installation of hydraulic pump, check whether the depth of the mounting hole is greater than the axial length of the pump and prevent the top shaft phenomenon, otherwise the pump will be burned.

(2) use of the hydraulic pump

When the hydraulic pump is started, several times, the oil flow direction and the sound will be normal, then it will run for 5 ~ 10min after the low pressure, and then put into normal operation. Before the plunger pump starts, it is necessary to fill the pump with clean working oil through the drain on the shell.

(2) the oil viscosity changes influenced by temperature, oil temperature rise high viscosity decreases, so the oil temperature is required to keep below 60 ℃, to make the hydraulic pump can work stable under different working temperature, the selected oil should be affected by temperature changes smaller viscosity oil temperature characteristics, and good chemical stability and foam resistance, etc. It is recommended to use l-hm32 or l-hm46 (gb11118.1-94) anti-wear hydraulic oil.

The oil liquid must be clean, not mixed with mechanical impurities and corrosive substances, and the hydraulic system of the non-filtration unit on the suction line must be refuged to the tank by the filter oil vehicle (the filter precision is less than 25 mu m).

The maximum pressure and maximum speed of the hydraulic pump refers to the maximum allowable peak during the period of use and should be avoided in the long term, otherwise it will affect the life of the hydraulic pump.

(5) the normal work of the hydraulic oil temperature is 15 ~ 65 ℃, the highest temperature on the pump shell is generally higher than the tank pump oil temperature at the entrance of 10 ~ 20 ℃, when the oil temperature of 65 ℃ within the tank, pump casing on the highest temperature does not exceed 75 ~ 85 ℃.
