Then when using the plunger metering pump, what kind of problems need to be paid attention to?

Precautions for the use of plunger metering pumps

1. Before using, the new pump should be cleaned with anti-corrosion grease on the pump, check whether the bolts are tightened and no looseness is allowed.

2. Injected mechanical oil into the gearbox and transmission box (gb3141-82), and the oil quantity is controlled in the center line of the oil standard. The selection of mechanical oil: N46 in summer and N32 in winter. Add the N20 machine oil to the oil cup.

3. Use the hand disc to move the metering pump to make the plunger reciprocate movement 1 ~ 2 maximum travel. No card resistance phenomenon is allowed. Then the displacement of the pump stroke is corresponding to the zero phase of the adjustment scale to avoid the drift of the indicator in the transport.

4. Open the valve on the inlet and inlet pipe, start the motor, check the motor circuit, and rotate the pump according to the prescribed rotation direction. Choose the maximum stroke drainage fluid to clean the air inside the cylinder body.

5. Rotate the adjusting handle to calibrate the displacement of the pump. After adjusting to the setting of the displacement, tighten the adjusting handle to tighten the screw, so as not to impact the loose and cause the change of flow.

6. When the pump is running normally under normal pressure, it will gradually increase the discharge pressure to the rating.

7. Check the leakage of the stuffing box. If the leakage exceeds 10 drops per minute, the packing nut should be tightened properly and the pressure is not leaking to the cylinder.

Check the temperature rise. A motor to drive allows the temperature to 70 ℃, the lubricating oil temperature in the cabinet should not exceed 65 ℃, stuffing box temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃. If the temperature rise is too high, check the machine down, and then boot up again after troubleshooting.

9. After the pump is turned on, the operation should be stable. In addition to the rhythm of the one-way valve, there can be no special noise and no "sick" work.

10. Solid particles or impurities with no more than 0.1mm in the pump delivery liquid will directly affect the displacement accuracy of the pump, and the filter shall be installed on the inlet pipe of the pump.

11. A gas-liquid separation device should be installed on the outlet pipe when some easy vaporizing liquid is sent.
