The infusion chamber connects the pump with the suction and discharge valves, and the hydraulic chamber is filled with hydraulic oil (light oil) and is connected with the hydraulic tank (oil supplement tank) on the upper end of the pump body. When the plunger moves back and forth, the pressure is transmitted to the diaphragm through the hydraulic oil, and the volume changes are caused by the deflection and deformation before and after the plunger. It plays the role of conveying liquid and meets the requirements of accurate measurement.

3. mechanical diaphragm metering pump.

The diaphragm is connected with the plunger mechanism, and there is no hydraulic oil system. The front and back movement of the plunger directly drives the deflection of the diaphragm before and after the diaphragm.

4.corrugated tube type metering pump.

The structure is similar to the mechanical diaphragm metering pump, only the corrugated pipe is replaced by the diaphragm, and the end of the plunger is fixed with the bellows. When the plunger is reciprocating, the bellows are stretched and compressed, thus changing the volume of the fluid cylinder to achieve the purpose of infusion and measurement.
