1.1 check the oil level in the gear box when the screw pump stops the pump. If necessary, remove the oil plug, gas to oil standard center.

1.2 listen to whether there is abnormal noise and vibration.

1.3 check whether the pump leaks during the running of the pump.

Note: for mechanical seals, in most cases, due to vaporization, leakage can not be observed from the sealing vent hole, but sometimes a small amount of stable leakage is allowed.

2, screw pump inspection and maintenance every week

2.1 for the pump has stopped working for more than a week, should open the inlet and outlet valves, switch on the motor power, point pump several times.

2.2 check whether the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes can work properly.

3, quarterly maintenance and maintenance

3.1 check all the nuts on the foundation and the bolts of the press device are loose.

3.2 the installation regulations change the oil of gear box once every March. Loosen the gear box gear drain plug, oil drain off. Tighten the drain plug, open the oil plug into the clean, light oil, cleaning gear box. After cleaning the open drain plug, oil drain plug loose, tighten, the provisions of the gear oil to the oil into the oil plug from the intermediate target, tighten the oil.

4, annual maintenance and maintenance

4.1 check the alignment of the coupling.

4.2 check the pump and motor value, check the flow, pressure and power of the pump. If necessary, the pump should be disassembled and repaired, and the damaged parts should be replaced and replaced when the pressure and flow rate decrease a lot. Of course, if the performance of the pump is satisfactory, there is no need for pump repair.

5, oil replacement time of lubricating oil system

5.1 bearings add 3# lithium grease once a month.

5.2 gear box new pump accumulated 250 hours more gear oil; continuous operation every 1000 hours, change the same gear oil once again.

5.3 mechanical seal oil: to ensure that the oil level in the inspection hole at the time of shutdown, daily supplement, replace once every six months.
